Nine degrees is about 15 ft. 10 in. at 1560 kHz.

Warning! The outer ends are VERY high voltage and
should not end on top of the poles. all of the poles
are only supports and should be equipped with HV
insulators just like power poles. The ends need to
terminate in a HV inline insulator anchored to a
cable coming up from a "dead man" and turnbuckle.

The inner ends need to tie to a ground ring around
the base of your tower which should be grounded.
The cables should go up to the inner poles at a 45
degree angle. The wires themselves can be ACSR like
the power company uses for HV distribution. That is
aluminum cable with steel reinforcement.
