The companies that make the terminals for FIOS have great exposure if they don't comply with Part 15 of the FCC Rules (all of them --the most critical for the home environment). It is highly unlikely that they would design and produce a box that does not comply. Even my company DSL modem, which contains a "Power-PC running Linux," does not radiate anything that can be detected above the din of power-line noise.

I note that many hams got together to fight "Internet on power lines," while ignoring that fact that it would require corona-free power lines, thus probably improving the entire RF spectrum in their neighborhood!

The question is, does the box the fiber goes into, or the companion  
one inside the house radiate any RF, or in the case of the single box  
(inside only) installation, does that one radiate any RF.
