FIOS offers something different and at different prices in different  
markets.  Last I checked, and it does change, FIOS offered up to 50/50  
here, but it is far too expensive for me.

Comcast and Verizon are running warring  TV commercials here too.   
Verizon is running anti Cox commercials too, but Cox doesn't appear to  
be taking the bait.  Comcast just has commercials showing Verizon will  
tear up your yard and hang a lot of junk on the outside of your house  
(neither the truth if you don't want the stuff outside) and stating  
that FIOS costs $400 more a year after the promotional period.  The  
anti Cox commercials are similar to the anti Comcast commercials.

For the most part, no one is stating they are better, though there are  
FIOS commercials that state FIOS has four times as many very satisfied  
customers than Comcast, and FIOS has twice as many very satisfied  
customers as Cox.
