Sorry for ranting but i just took a look at the Tugicom site and i noticed they have even stolen concepts and copyrighted graphics and icons from the broadcastwarehouse.com site. ): You can't compete with companies like this who operate this way out of countries with lax legal systems.
That's the problem with the internet and the world becoming smaller, it's so easy for people to buy products and copy them. Several of our FM pallet amplifiers and exciters are being sold out of Thailand and there is not a great deal we can do about it. You'll waste too much time and money going after all of the different' one man band' south east asia operations that in the end it's just not worth it. BW broadcast recently pulled out of the transmitter module market for this very reason.
