Speaknig of 1610, how did Jimmy Swaggart EVER get a licensed for KALT 
Atlanta, TX on 1610Khz with 10KW Day and 1KW Night?

I heard it was on the air for sometime, then dismantled and the 
license was let to lapse. I bet that was one good signal. How was it 
ever licensed and WHY in the world was it let to disappear and go by 
the wayside, never to be seen again?
