Nobody has brought up Digital Juke Box. I've had it running since 2004 and it runs great for me. 

Jim Barcus started DJB in 1988 and the company is getting the smaller to medium market stations. Jim still owns the company and it gives Simian a run for its money! Digital Juke Box will let you use their software for 15 days free to test it. 

Support is paid yearly or you can get lifetime support and they are there when you need them! They will not rip the broadcasters off!  Check them out! All you need is a good Dell PC and you're ready to go with Digital Juke Box!
