[BC] The snow mess

[Powell Way]

This Saturday morning, here out in the woods near Silverstreet, 
somewhere between 4 and 6 inches of a DRY powdery snow. On the morning 
mile with the dog ( who was in SNOW heaven) when a slight breeze 
disturbed a branch, this powdery dust of snow came flowing down.  Where 
cars had driven it was packed down and had melted into a solid ice with 
the 22 degree low helping that!
