I've only ever had TWO problems with Profit Systems, neither of which
may still apply today.
The first was their non-support of non-Prophet supplied hardware.
The identicle part from Best Buy ( down to the lot and run numbers )
would void the warrantee AND support agreements, so you paid
$350 for a $30 RAM chip.
The other, was their tech support answer system.
"If you are a Clear Channel station, press 1 for immediate technical
support. If you are not a Clear Channel station, leave a message and
we will get back to you the next business day."
I don't fault CC for favoring their own, but it was a tad extreme.
