This has been my frustration with them as well. Once Wide Orbit took over the tech support went downhill fast.
It's not unusual to wait until the next day for a call back if you get one at all -and about half the time you don't.
The SS32 product inherited from Google/Dmarc/Scott Studios is a pretty good, mature product. The newer incarnation as "Google Automation" is still buggy.
At one time Dave Scott was offering support for these, partnered with Enco. I haven't tried it personally, but wonder if that would be a better option than WO.
