[BC] RDS Display

HI Ben,

Thanks for the response.  I looked at that one yesterday but would prefer a display unit that will
show all RDS info (Radiotest, DPS, etc) on a single display without having to step through
functions.

front panel and can show all the pertinent RDS data.  Much more than a
