Such guys DO exist.  I have 2 of them in American Samoa.  But I've never
been able to find one for WROX.  I'd have killed for a job like this when I
was younger, but the work ethic ain't what it used to be.  There's not a
whole lot of "managing" with the job - just do a decent morning show and
then hit the street.  Join the Rotary Club, go to Chamber meetings and be a
part of the community.  Do the things that local radio stations are supposed
to do.  It really isn't that hard, but there just aren't any up-and-coming
young broadcasters anymore.  The bean counters have driven them away from
our business.
