I have successfully used ITFS antennas before for this-and there are many
articles online on how to use old Dish, DirecTv and other pay TV dishes.

It would seem to me that repurposed ITFS antennas would also work...

Especially if they were tuned to A/B group.

Or with a bit of help from a file or diagonal cutters, a couple of MDS 
antennas.
