Ed,

This is simply wrong. I can tell when my adjacent turns on is IBOC because the listening beyond by 1 mv/m 50:50 totally goes to hell. I have many listeners in my fringe area who make the same observation that I do. Now, if you are restricting your comment to interference within my protected contour, then you are right. Interference within my protected contour would also be illegal, harmful interference.
