The FCC is going to handle the interference complaints of higher IBUZ 
power the same way they're currently handling complaints. They're 
ignoring them on a case by case basis. That leaves stations to rely 
on the kindness of strangers to clean it up. It appears the only way 
to get rid of the interference is to own both stations (WJR/WABC) and 
have a corporate directive to shut it down after dark. For AM I think 
of it as requiring TV to go to black and white after sunset.
