[BC] LPFM's to be regulated by states, not the FCC?

From a legal, though not practical standpoint, it is EASY to keep
guns within a state. If people would obey the law, it wouldn't be a
problem.

It is physically impossible to keep radio waves within a state. For
that reason alone, I believe it is best for the Federal FCC to control
radio transmissions.

We would never want to have the kinds of treaties between states that
the US has for "only" Mexico and Canada. It would truly screw up
broadcasting.
