[BC] Correction!!!!! Wisconsin family fears village will take down son's Ham radio tower

For the record, it's Mt. Pleasant, WI.  Not the actual City of Kenosha (or
Racine).  Mt. Pleasant is a "suburb" of Racine right along the
Racine/Kenosha Co. line.

They must not have heard about PRB-1. Which too has it's limitations. 
PRB-1 suggests a maximum height of 60ft.

I suspect the ARRL Wisconson Section Manager is going to get involved in
this pretty quick.  The Village has a few things to learn...
