[BC] BT SS 16.4 Switcher as Silent Sense

Some of their other switchers offer a silence sense closure, but this
does not appear to do that. It does spit out a serial burst when that
ACT function happens. You could try to make something that watches
for that, but probably simpler to just make or buy your own silence
sensor.
