Making a silence sensor isn't really difficult, but if you don't have the
time and/or the inclination to do so, the RDL ST-ACR2 will do.  Most
fortuitously, we happen to have one sitting around here with nothing to do,
and could let it go for about half of what RDL is asking.  With the matching
wall-wart power supply, too.  Would need to add packaging and shipping costs
to the above $.  Interested?
