My GM is learning just the Opposite lesson the HARD way. He is now 
learning just how BAD he got screwed on some radio deals, and how 
EXPENSIVE it is going to be to correct those Boo Boos.

On the other hand, once those issues are taken care of, he will have 
MUCH better stations with better coverage than before.

I would NEVER do anything like that. My job is to make sure the Station 
puts out as High of Quality product as possible while saving the station 
as much Money as practical. My GM knows I will do my BEST to do my job 
and he trusts me to do it.
