The problem I see with photos and articles like this is it will give 
some bean counter the idea you can build radio stations this way. Who 
cares if it is about to fall down? If you can save on any costs nothing 
else matters!
I actually suggested a substantial power cost savings to a struggling 
station one time, and they were very excited, until they figured out 
that if you shut the transmitter off, you would not be on the air. Took 
them about 10 minutes to realize that!
I could hardly contain my laughter in that time span...
