Fortunately for me the second NPR station is in Albany with its
transmitter in MA. It's a good signal. This morning/week the local is
begging. It takes a fraction of a second for me to tune out and make
the audio trip to Albany.

I spent many years in Talk Radio. It no longer interests me. I can't
trust its information. The local Talk station is FOX News. I trust
that even less.
I've come to find blessed silence very appealing.
