[BC] Confirming email receipt

I don't think this would show that I opened the message.
For one thing, I am using Apple's awfully named e-mail client "Mail."
MSGTAG doesn't say it works with Mail.
Next, I keep SPAMers from knowing I opened their SPAM messages by not
allowing Mail to automatically download HTML or images. When I see it
is SPAM, I just delete it without downloading the HTML or images.
It is GENERALLY a very small HTML file that tells the SPAMER we opened
the mail.
If my software won't go out and download something, or answer, it
isn't going to work.
It isn't going to work.
