[BC] WBZ low power

WBZ does have a 10 kW aux transmitter and shunt fed tower located at their
studio in Boston and has been known to operate on it for months at a
time-usually when they are doing repairs and/or upgrades in Hull.

I think WBZ has been running low power for at least a month. Does anyone know
if they have technical problems or are just trying to save electricity. Also,
have the rules been changed so that a station licensed for 50 kW can run low
power on a more-or-less permanent basis?
