[BC] WBZ low power

I don't think skywave would be a problem with a distance of 30 miles! Also, WBZ is directional (to protect the ocean because there are no customers there). This squeezes more power into the area North (where I am) and South than would be normal for a tiny 50 kilo-watter! I should be able to light bulbs in my basement from WBZ!

Cheers,

Does it come in OK in the middle of the day on the clock radio.....could
be IBOC on 1020 and 1040 "putting the squeeze" on it during early
morning hours...you could get skywave depending on what time your alarm
is set for.
