[BC] KOMA History

With the recent discussion of KOMA on this list I went 
searching and found an interesting history of the station.  
Living in Pennsylvania back in the fifties and sixties, WKBW 
was the big signal on 1520 and most of us teenagers listened 
to it.  Occasionally KOMA would be heard under Buffalo and it 
would be a topic of conversation the next day at school.  
Such a wonderful time for radio!
