Interesting story. I worked with Chuck Dann at KIXZ in Amarillo in 1962.
KOMA was one of the stations that influenced my air sound -- Dick Biondi on
WLS and Bobby Newman on WNOE were a couple of others, along with Bob Elliott
& Ray Goulding on NBC.
