That brings back memories. Jack offered me a sales job about the time 
they moved to a new facility in Carlsbad, Jack is a great guy. I did 
some work for Ed Peters as a writer in his TV branding division. I 
seem to recall that BPI went on a buying binge and Ed sold the tape 
syndication company to them to concentrate on TV.
