Wow.  Like that would take more than 5 minutes to understand if they just talked
to the right person.  Half of the people on this list - or more - could 'splain
it.

I wonder if there were any articles in R&R or other PD magazines that brought up
quality problems with cascading algorithms or using any one of them at too low a
bitrate.
