[BC] dueling algorithms and audio quality

Ditto..  If any of you have program directors / music directors using 
the Promo MPE (now Play MPE) site for their currents you have to go to 
Options/Account Settings/ and change the player Settings download Format 
to High Definition.  This is the only way to download the FLAC version 
of the song.
