But,   is he a licensed LPFM or a pirate?  The FCC data base shows no LPFM
licensed to Battlefield MO.  If a Pirate, he's misrepresenting himself as an
amateur radio station.  Small a, Yes, but I'll bet the ordinance uses large
"A" Amateur.  If not it just may need to specify "part 73 licensed Amateur
etc.....".
	Meanwhile, the publicity may attract the boys from the FCC.
Of course he could always get a Harry Reid waiver!!!!!
