It's interesting that as active as ASCAP/BMI/SESAC/SoundExchange have 
all been in pursuing every last cent they can wring out of licensed 
broadcasters, they haven't seemed to show much interest in going after 
the pirates.

Given that some of the big, prominent pirates in places like NYC/Newark, 
Miami and Boston are running what are clearly for-profit businesses, 
complete with a heavy ad load, one would think the music licensing 
bloodsuckers would be all over them for their, er, "fair shares," no?
