state jail felony?  How do we escalate it?  You are in FL.  Does the signal
go out into int'l waters?

  Can we catch them doing something detrimental to the Security of the US
(18USC...)  Are they bringing in boat people... drugs... anything cool like
that...?
Then we get a REAL warrant, knock/drop, guns out...

  Right now they say the 'Kinder gentler' IRS is a thing of the past.

  How 'bout following the money...  the IRS needs no due cause, process, or
anything else...  just a good reason to be there...
