That's pretty neat! I once had to call Xerox customer support on a printer
where the installation went terribly wrong. I finally got one of their top
support people who called me back on a Saturday. She sent me some software
to fix the problems, then talked me through the process. It all worked
great. Since this was also a scanner, I asked whether scan material went
in face up or face down. Actually, she didn't know - she was blind. She
did a GREAT job on customer support.
By the way, I designed a machine to help teach braille a few years ago.
