    An invaluable aid to making FI measurements has been my 
State of Rhode Island Telecom Systems Contractor License, 
#2464, with DATA TSC, TELEP TSC and SOUND TSC registrations 
on it.  Puts any law enforcement official right at ease, as 
long as you tell them why you are reaching into your back 
pocket BEFORE you start to move your hand slowly in that 
direction.  

    Costs $110 a year to keep going, but it also helps me 
get strange gear with winkin' lights through the airport 
TSA checkpoints.
