Just try to get access to the "back of house" (non-public,
support area) area of Disney World. Once they hear you are anyway
connected to a media outlet, whomever you are talking to sends you to
"Media Relations"...who does not have a clue. So, you get the royal
run-around and NO access.

We're fighting that battle right now...so far the Mouse is
winning the battle, but we're not done asking. When the Mouse IS their
own governmental body (Reedy Creek Improvement District) they can do
just about anything they want.

There have been exactly two ( count 'em. One. Two. ) places that I've
been
 flat out denied access.
One was the proving ground at Aberdeen, Md. in an area even the bomb
guys won't go. They send robots only.
 OK, no argument from me.
( can't you just see the point description ?
"Standing on fuse of unexploded conventional warhead......" )

The other was a California Indian Reservation.
Casino, arrogance, and probably just "California."
They refused to even hear the question.

Every OTHER reservation I've ever approached, no problem !
( OK, sometimes a minor problem, but never completely shut out )
