 There have been exactly two ( count 'em. One. Two. ) places that I've been
 flat out denied access.
 One was the proving ground at Aberdeen, Md. in an area even the bomb
 guys won't go. They send robots only.
 OK, no argument from me.

 The other was a California Indian Reservation.
 Casino, arrogance, and probably just "California."
 They refused to even hear the question.

 Every OTHER reservation I've ever approached, no problem !
 ( OK, sometimes a minor problem, but never completely shut out )
