LOL  Funny you should mention that.  We were checking and repairing the
detuning of large steel power towers one time and ended up on property that
belonged to the state mental facility jail.  Before we knew it we were
surrounded by horses and guys with lots of guns.  We were just trying to do
our job and we were told they didn't care what our job was we could either
leave or go to jail.  I ask who we should speak to in order to get
permission and I was told there was no way we would ever be allowed on that
property to do anything. I said ok and left and we turned it over to the
manager who in fact never got permission to get access to the property.  I
never heard any more about it so I guess they can still pass their
measurements.
