There is an iPhone app that decodes those numbers.

I have had training to be a first responder and, believe it or not,  
they don't want us to know what the codes are!  They want us to call  
it in, and get instructions from dispatch!

THAT just freaks me out!

(And you wonder why I carry that stuff!)
