I used a large non-penetrating mount when I had to install a 3.8m dish on the ground at a transmitter site. That made sure the ground system wasn't damaged. There was a 4/0 connection to a ground strap. As far as I know, there has been no problem with it settling and the dish having to be re-aimed. Craig Healy Providence, RI
