[BC] Temporary roof mount for STL dish

I have a small non-penetrating sat mount around here somewhere that will
do flat or peaked roof.  It has to set over the peak.

It simply hinges in the middle to fold over the peak.  Several braces
require repositioning to hold the mounting pole vertical.
