Actually they won't let you go to the Supreme Court! Only the
high-priced lawyers go there. If you have over $5 million to
spare, which is what it would cost, you shouldn't spend it on
the lawyers. Buy Clear Channel, instead.

As long as the Commission is not going to crack down on the offenders
upstream, including the NWS, I'll challenge any fine they impose on me.  I
always wanted to go to the Supreme Court!
