Larry, I don't mean to rain on your parade and I'm 100% behind you in what
you're saying here but, there was a time I said the same thing and even had
lined up the resources to accomplish that same trip to the supreme court and
then...
A QUARTER MILLION DOLLARS LATER... I was still being told by (in my opinion)
greedy, money hungry attorneys, even AFTER having obtained one court
judgement showing clear and direct violations of the U.S. Constitution:
We're not ready to go to the supreme court just yet...
I could be entirely wrong but, I've formed the opinion that - whatever
"fine" is thrown at me - and no matter how much proof I have that someone is
DEAD WRONG - it is much better to "shut-up and pay" because, once lawyers
are involved, there will be NO settling of anything so long as any of them
feel that there may be a penny left for them to divide by keeping the
argument going.
