I REALLY do understand your pain.
Drop out. Explain why.
Don't put yourself in the position of getting a MINIMUM of an $8,000
fine!
Hell, I am al little expensive, but hire me on this one. I will save
you money. I am Don Quixoti. I will get all the jerks involved in
fixing the problem, and for FAR less than the fine.
Still, you don't need to pay me or the fine. Just get active and
COMPLAIN LIKE MAD!
