   Just like the "Florida hurricane bosses" that admit that they purposely
make errors, make them unfit for service in my opinion.
   The Pinellas county folks "decided to evacuate" the low lying areas
while hurricane Charlie was traveling due West below Cuba, sure enough
after it turned Northerly bound, they chased everyone out, so being
West at the waters edge most drove East to Orlando where "Charlie"
actually went.
Thousands of cars were stuck in grid lock for 8 to 10 hours trying to get
back to the West where they came from.  Stupid stupid stupid.
   County bosses around here constantly cause problems where none exists.
