I've always heard that Government is the big impetus in providing broadband
communications to the great unwashed. Outdated Rules, Protective Rules,
et.al.. This is why, internationally, the U.S. is ranked **15th** in having
broadband access (South Korea is #1).

The Greatest Lie Ever Told: "We're from the Government, and we're here to
help you."
