[BC] Sage EAS software

Hey folks,
  I know this was covered once before but for some reason my searching isn't
working out to well.  Could be it's too early and no coffee.  LOL  Anyway
I'm looking for a software package that I can put on a PC that will not only
log and print like the Endecwatch software but will also do a popup or flash
an alert on the screen to let the staff know there's an alert happening.
The idea software would run minimized in the lower right hand corner with
the time and would popup from there making it unlikely that staff would
click it away by accident.  Is there anything out there that will do all
this or come close?  I haven't had a chance to play with any of the software
first hand yet so I may be getting ahead of myself but I figured some of you
may be using such a creature.
