It is off to the 8th floor for approval, but there will be a separate 
NPRM issued for the Part 17 implications.  Not sure they will sign off 
on it for Austin.  Heck, I thought it was going to be released in 
Vegas.  Glad they didn't though, there are some improvements since then.
