If a complaint is filed, it may be a month or two but someone will drop 
by in their next pass through the area.

Also it should be noted that I've heard more than one broadcaster that 
said "I don't give a rats rear end about the FCC" but you know they were 
singing a completely different tune when the suits were in the lobby.
