[BC] AM Stations cranking it up on Football Night

There is no reason ANYONE cannot complain. A member of the public is
free to file a complaint. Look, the bad operators need to be removed
from the game. MAKE IT HAPPEN!

I would place an FIM NEAR them and connect it to either a chart
recorder (old school) or a computer recording samples of its output
every so often (by seconds if you can, 10 seconds is OK, 1 minute is
acceptable) and sample the field strength. IF they violate the
rules, write up the location, the equipment, and the methods in use,
and send it and the data off to the FCC. Offer all help to them they
might require.

A few major fines on this hitting the trades will make people think
twice.
