[BC] An HD Radio for less than $100!

What concerns me is not that these items are on clearance as many items come
and go but I don't see much for replacements in this price range so the
growth isn't what folks are expecting to see.
Makes folks wonder

OK, not the $89 barrier but RatShack has an Accurian displayed as a
closeout model for $97.95.
